SMS Terms

© 2026 Better Place Wellness Company, d/b/a Allday Health. All rights reserved. · Effective Date: October 17, 2026

These terms apply to Allday Health alerts, the text message program operated by Better Place Wellness Company, doing business as Allday Health (“Allday,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Program Description

Allday Health alerts are text messages sent to patients who use the Allday mobile application. Messages may include:

  • wellness support messages, such as a suggested coping exercise
  • crisis resource messages, such as a reminder that the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

2. How to Opt In

You receive Allday Health alerts only if you opt in within the Allday mobile application and confirm the mobile number where you want to receive them. Opting in is not required to use the Allday application or to receive care from your clinician.

3. Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your activity in the Allday application.

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Allday Health alert to stop receiving messages. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further alerts unless you opt in again. You can also turn off alerts in the Allday mobile application.

5. Help

Reply HELP to any Allday Health alert for help, or email support@betterplacewellness.com.

6. Not an Emergency Service

Allday Health alerts are not monitored, and replies are not read by your clinician or by Allday staff. Alerts are not a substitute for emergency care or crisis support.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911. For the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call or text 988 in the United States.

7. Your Mobile Number

We use your mobile number only to send Allday Health alerts. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the service provider that delivers our text messages, and only to send them.

8. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy and Other Terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Terms of Use also apply. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time and will update the effective date when we do.
